El Beso Adults Only At Ocean El Faro - All Inclusive

I love my experience. I will definitely go back.

I liked that there was a lazy river, that there was a coffee shop and dinner options. I also enjoyed the many buffets. However, the adults buffet had minimal options and you had to walk alot to get from point A to point B. I saw carts here and there but was never something constant to transport guests. My first day I arrived, the crepe shop at El Beso, we ate the chicken avocada crepe and the chicken was hard, it was like rocks. It was very upsetting to arrive after a 2hr 30 minute flight plus airport security and be hungry and then the first thing you eat is a cold crepe with cold, hard chicken. We hoped there would have been more transportation inside the hotel since it is so big. As well as, having to listen to a almost 2 hour presentation on the VIP club, which was kind of annoying since it was our last day at the resort and we lost almost 2 hours of our day having to listen to representatives go on and on about its perks. Overall, there was alot of places to eat and the staff were nice, and housekeeping did maintain our room clean and bed made everyday throughout our stay. Getting into restaurants was easy and on time so we also appreciated that.

Our stay at this resort was amazing. The staff were very helpful and made everything a breeze.specifically Kevin, who really helped secure all of our reservations and helped with anything we could think of, made our stay that much easier and relaxing

Property was clean let every day by the staff. The personal concierge expertise was great! Carlos went above and beyond during my stay

Liked the different pool options and Lazy river and different meal options My Butler Deiby kept me well informed on daily events and the housekeeper Erica kept my room spotless

Todo el lugar es hermoso, con detalles que hacen la experiencia realmente inolvidable. Queremos destacar especialmente a nuestro concierge, Carlos Enrique, quien fue increíble. Siempre atento, amable & dispuesto a ayudarnos en todo momento. Gracias a él nuestra estadía fue aún más especial, ya que se aseguró de que cada detalle estuviera perfecto. La pasamos estupendo, disfrutamos de la comida, las instalaciones &, sobre todo, del excelente servicio brindado por Carlos!
