Very good service

Food was poor. Mosquitoes all around our room and didn’t accommodate.

I like the way the staff delivers service, they were very attentive and appreciative. What I didn’t like was the response to fixed problems, my room was extremely hot for a couple of days the tv didn’t have any premium channels I was watching Spanish movies whenever I was in the room at night. I do believe they can provide better service in those areas.

Very nice property with great staff. I had a couple hiccups during my stay, but the staff addressed them quickly.

Property was beautiful. They do seem to have a handful of stray cats, but they dont bother, and honestly there werent too many. The rooms were very clean, the pool staff and bartenders were very attentive. We had a swim up suite and it was worth EVERY penny. The luxury of having a pool at 1 AM was great. We also had our own Concierge Jose, who was nothing short of amazing. He provided our pool towels, got us anything we needed, made our dinner reservations. Overall it was an amazing resort and we will surely be returning.

Great time would definitely go again

The hospitality was amazing, especially our Butler Deiby. We enjoyed everything about this property, we would definitely recommend it family and friends. Deiby made sure to make frequent check ins and was always available to us. The entire staff was extremely nice and accommodating.

Everything at the resort was awesome! Room was amazing! Staff went above and beyond (Kevin was extremely helpful with all our needs). Transportation around the resort with golf carts was a nice convenience. We would definitely go back!

Great resort, excellent customer service by all employees, only con was the Sakura restaurant (hibachi restaurant) AC wasn’t working there and the food was terrible. Buffet wasn’t as great but other than that it was a good stay!
