El Beso Adults Only At Ocean El Faro - All Inclusive

Kevin Paulino made our stay amazing, he booked all of our dinner reservations and was always there if we needed anything. I highly recommend Oceans El faro, the swim up pool was icing on the cake.

The property is beautiful and clean. The communication between guests and staff is not very great at times but overall good experience.

Beautiful we had a great time the staff was friendly the all inclusive food was not all that great they need to Chang the menu daily because they give the same food basically every day.

I liked our concierge Kevin he was very helpful and hands on followed up quickly with all my requests was able to squeeze me in reservations last minute and kept me updated with what was going on at the hotel Only issues we had was the room service not knocking before entering and having to walk everywhere due to no convenient cart service

Service was excellent. Specially at the beach bar where Dauris (unsure of speaking) was very attentive, courteous and always sharing good energy. The selection of fish served at El Mercado and Pez Dama could be a little wider. The Japanese restaurant was the best meal, closely followed by the Mexican restaurant. The staff kept the hotel very clean and the shows were super fun (especially The Dominican one!)

Beautiful if you don't look too closely. Pools are plentiful and appears clean but they're not. Room service is limited for non-privliege guests, el mercado buffet is very limited, snack hut on el beso side is disappointing. If you're going to offer savory crepes, then make them right! I got a warm plain crepe and 5 mozzarella balls with cherry tomatoes on the side as "the caprese". I assumed the mozarella would be melted within the crepe...it was not. The sad tacos they offered one day tasted like last night's leftovers....hard tortillas, overcooked beef and veggies. Servers not welcoming either. Didn't seem to like being there. I understand it's hot, but do your job if you expect a tip. I'm not tipping for attitude. Junior rooftop suite was nice though. Lovely private space, great for nude tanning! Minibar not consistently stocked. Had to call thrice during my 2 week stay to inquire. Guest services....i don't understand their function. I did not find them helpful and actually they called my room 3 times and whatsapped me twice to ask about my experience but did nothing to improve it. Despite advertising airport shuttle service, they actually mean they'll call a $70 taxi for you. Save yourself the hassle and make your own transportation arrangements. Lesson for the future! Pool bar and service were good. Ocean not accessible due to the mountains of sargassum. Nature can't be stopped, but comp your guests since we're losing access to a main attraction of your resort.
