El Beso Adults Only At Ocean El Faro - All Inclusive

El hotel muy bonito no tuve que salir del resort ya que tienen de todo. Al llegar al hotel recibi un mensaje por Whatsapp de Reinaldo el guest experience specialist dandome la bienvenida. El me hizo todas las reservaciones en los restaurantes. Cualquier duda que tenía se lo preguntaba y el me resolvía.

No transportation and food wasn't good. Service and our room was what we enjoyed the most.

I went on a girls trip and the stay was wonderful. We worked with Kevin Paulino. He was fantastic! Responsive and he was able to make any dinner reservations we wanted easily. Very helpful. All of the staff at El Beso was wonderful. The hotel could use some small updates but overall was so great. Would 100% return! The best all inclusive I’ve ever been to.

Big shoutout to Kevin. He made our stay for us incredible. Booked us our reservations for dinner every morning if we wanted them. Would definitely recommend this resort to anyone looking at it. Rooms are a little beat up, but it’s a popular resort. They keep all rooms, restaurants clean, staff do their best to accommodate everyone. Would definitely return!

I had an amazing experience during my stay! Everything was perfect — the service was excellent, the staff was always friendly and helpful, and the food was absolutely delicious. The pools were beautiful and very well maintained. I truly enjoyed every moment of my stay and would definitely come back. Highly recommended!

The hotel was beautiful — we stayed in the rooftop suite (highly recommend) and they even had a birthday cake waiting for my boyfriend, which was a nice touch. Check-in was smooth with a welcome drink, and the bartenders + VIP dinner were the highlights of our stay. Food had a lot of variety and tasted great! BUT... room service didn’t answer the first night, WiFi was super spotty, and housekeeping was a battle. We stayed 5 days and they didn’t clean the room until day 4 — I had to keep calling and complaining just to get basic service. Also felt like they catered more to lighter-skinned guests and Spanish speakers, which didn’t sit right. You can’t swim in the ocean due to dangerous waves, and overall customer service was meh until we complained. Wouldn’t say I’d never go back, but they’ve definitely got some things to fix. Hope this helps someone else!

The staff was very friendly. The food was horrible. The beach was full of seaweed every day. They tried to keep up with the seaweed, but it was a lot to handle. There were always no seats available after 8:00am even though the sign said, "do not safe seating"!
