El Beso Adults Only At Ocean El Faro - All Inclusive

The property was absolutely beautiful and staying on the adults only portion made my stay even better. It was serene and just as beautiful as pictured. There were a ton of food options, but being aware of the times certain items were available is extremely important. So I’d highly recommend anyone to take advantage of the concierge that assists with booking ahead of time for you. I booked a massage at the spa and it was such an amazing experience. Definitely a highlight of my stay. Lastly, having private or pre-planned transportation made a huge difference. Things are not in walking distance off the property grounds. Overall, I would stay at this resort again.

The hotel offers a lot of great activities, but unfortunately the rest of the experience fell short. I tried reaching out for help several times during my stay and got no response until the last day — when it was too late to fix anything. The staff at El Beso reception were rude and unhelpful. I had requested restaurant reservations for my birthday week well in advance, and when I arrived, they just said everything was full. No one made any effort to assist or offer alternatives. The reservation system is a mess — they say it opens at 8am, but it’s always booked. The food at the restaurants was bland and disappointing. The buffet was just okay. The only great food came from the poolside snack stands. Clean facilities, but the constant upselling and lack of hospitality ruined the vibe. The one highlight of the trip? Berwin at the pool bar — he was amazing, super friendly, and truly made guests feel welcome. Too bad the rest of the staff didn’t follow his example. Sadly, I wouldn’t recommend this hotel based on my experience.

My stay at El Beso El Faro Oceans resort was excellent the resort was beautiful the swim up bar was very nice. All the restaurants were centrally located and easy to get reservations at. Unfortunately the ocean wasnt accessible cause of seaweed, but thats to be expected in late June. All of the restaurants had very good selections to choose from and the food was good

Property was great and room was fabulous with my own pool off the balcony . Miguel took such good care of me and my friends . Maid was awesome . Not one thing bad to say about anything

More friendly and hospitality. The food was always cold my private pool was fill with bird poop when I arrived. The pool closed early and they don't have a lot of activities interactions with the guest.

As always, this resort did not disappoint. The staff were kind and accommodating. Resort is beautiful.

Everything was nice

Took my wife here for her birthday. The property has great amenities and outstanding views. It also has many activities and attractions to attend. It is a fun time! Might I add, it is unbelievably beautiful. The downfalls are the food on the family side. It isn’t as good as it can be. The food on the adult side subsided, wish I would give a 4.7 review. There were also two unpleasant staff members that works the ice cream shop/bar and the other at the coffee cafe. Not sure if they just didn’t want to be there but all other staff were sweethearts and absolutely accommodating. One last thing, the beds are extremely comfortable, we rested well! The upkeep of the shower and baseboards aren’t the best though. The resort could use some upgrades.

Great stay

Overall the food was delicious. Really great fish, mussels, and plenty of dessert options. Got to check out all the a la restaurants and they were fabulous. The grounds are well kept. I had a few issues with my room but it was corrected with an upgrade. Great staff. Very nice and cordial. I didn’t find one staff member that didn’t have a smile and seem genuinely willing to help. I do recommend they retrain the people that answer the operator lines. They don’t match the energy of the rest of the great staff. Lots of seaweed when we went but they don’t control that. It’s seasonal.
