We spent 2 amazing nights at Casades, Sun City. I couldn't fault the staff or service we received. There was also so many activities included in our accommodation. Highly recommend staying at Cascades.
Very bad reception staff & breakfast !
We absolutely loved our stay. The kids were so happy to be so close to the entertainment centre. The staff was very professional. The only area to be improved on is the allocating of seats during breakfast. The process is extremely slow and travelling with small kids who are impatient doesn't make the experience better.

We stayed four nights to enjoy some relaxtion in Sun City after three days of game drives. Location and hotel suited us perfectly for this.
rather worn out hotel and room! bath sinks broken, shower sink didn't drain! 2 glasses of wine at the hotel bar 165 ZAR ! good breakfast but service questionable!
