The Last Hotel

Best front desk staff ever. The person who checked me in, and the nice person who had the overnight shift, were so friendly, and knowledgeable. Sadly, I wish the hotel was a bit better. The coffee maker in my room was dirty, the TV did not work, the gym is sub par, the cafe is sad, and (due to the weather) the pool was unavailable.

I was so pleased! We stayed for a concert to celebrate my birthday. The horel was beautiful and the service was phenomenal. They parked our vehicle and helped with our luggage. The whole hotel was stunning from head to toe. The block its on was a beautiful city scene. I highly recommend 10/10!

Our family suite wasn't so family minded. The bathroom had an open floor plan with clear shower door. We had to make sure the others stayed in the bedroom area while someone showered for privacy. My daughter's don't need to see their father shower and my son doesn't need to see me shower. Other than that the facility was great, the architecture was beautiful.

The street noise was absolutely crazy. It didn’t stop until roughly 4 am.

Stained sheets shoved in a drawer, dusty windows, and a cracked mirror were all features of our stay at the Last hotel. Staff were polite but also clearly disinterested in the condition of the room, so I can only assume this is their expectation for room upkeep.

Property was stunning! Staff was super friendly and we enjoyed our stay☺️

We arrived on Wednesday. Our room still had pizza crust on the floor and dirty diaper in the trash from the previous person. It had been weeks or months since the room was dusted. The lamp didn’t turn off. You have to plug and unplug it. The door for the desk was broken as well as the top of the desk. The heater didn’t work at all. It was 55 in the room. We moved rooms and that one was just as dirty as the first but at least the heat worked. There is NO BAR as they advertised and no drinks on the rooftop. This hotel isn’t what they advertise! The “restaurant” is laughable. It’s a poor guy making quick lunch type foods when it’s even open. This is a disgusting hotel. There are homeless people EVERYWHERE. We felt unsafe walking up the street at 7:30 in the evening. A huge pile of crap stayed on the sidewalk all 4 days we were there. People raving/racing up and down the streets at all hours of the night. The only good thing I can say is the staff is polite.

We came back from the dome race late and we were ready for showers… we noticed that no one had serviced our room and had to go get towels at 1am. I left a tip out for guest services before we left for the day as well.

Upon arrival, my kids had to use the public restroom which unfortunately had feces on the floor and quite possibly the largest turd ever birthed by human. The room was not worth the $400 we paid. Dirty and stains on sheets/pillowcases ruined it from the get-go. It earns its name of "The Last Hotel" because it should be the last hotel on your list to stay at. The only redeeming quality was the excellent valet service.

Very nice hotel our room was cool, kind of rustic inside very neat. Has a coffee maker however no sweetener sugar or spoon. All in all it was a great stay, very quiet and quant.
