The Last Hotel

There as no room keys had to be let in and out every door in the property. Had to wait to get to my room over 15 times. Was locked out after paying. I want a total refund.

Overall, my stay at the Last Hotel was pleasant with clean rooms and friendly staff. However, for the first day and a half of my 3-day stay, the hotel keys weren’t working, which was inconvenient. Once resolved, everything went smoothly. Would stay again!

L@s receptionistas muyyy mal x alguna razón una de ellas canceló mi recervacon yo tenía reservado para 3 noches ella canceló las 2 últimas así k nos fuimos al juego de beisbol que jugaron Dodgers vs cardenales y sin saber ya no teníamos cuarto 😟 Lo peor de todo que llevamos nuestra perita con nosotros la dejamos en la habitación con todas nuestras pertenencias y cuando regresemos ella seguia ahí pero nuestra llave de cuarto no abría 😏 todo un caos y k era noche cansados y en el loby esperando k nadie podía resolver ese problema k isieron ellos mismos fue su error Bueno al último me cobraron más para dejarme el mismo cuarto k yo había apartado con tiempo y k ellas x su error cancelaron El elevador no funciona bien Estaba en remodelación el bar no bar no restaurante Una cosa buena los cuartos explendidos muy grandes y muy limpios fue lo único bueno de ahí La vista hummm bonita la alberca muy chica

Last Hotel is the name because it felt like this was the end for us. It was advertised that there was a beautiful rooftop bar and that is why we booked our stay. We arrived, and they had no liquor license. Everything was closed at 6:30 on a Friday. The restaurant was the only thing open but it was empty. They told us we could uber things. Our room was covered in cobwebs, carpet was stained, and there was even trash on the floor. The elevators were scary too. We canceled our reservation and booked a different hotel 45minutes later. They couldn't print our receipt because their printer didn't work. We will never be back and will do everything we can to save people from staying here.
