DoubleTree by Hilton Durango

Property is ideal to downtown Durango and you can easily walk to and from downtown and the train station. The river view room was fantastic!! The property needs some serious TLC in a few places that have just aged out. The restaurant, the rooms doors and carpets, and this is a HILTON and there is NO airport transportation available for guests. Thats a huge bummer.

Bad. our room located @ south end near state road disturbing the enjoyment of the river. Restaurant under staffed and slim choices on menu. Food over priced. Hotel had shuttle but no driver. Good. staff friendly & good. Beds nice. Room clean, cleaning service good.

TVs are old and had no streaming services. 450 dollars per night is a bit too expensive

Hotel is old and dingy. It needs a complete remodel. That, combined with the high price, makes it a place I won't stay at again

One of the reasons I picked this property was for the electric car charging station. Unfortunately, the charger was broke. There is another charger near by thankfully. Everything else was fantastic.

Was not informed by Expedia that there would be $15 parking fee to park in front of our room

The room was very clean & fresh, the carpet was new. Loved the river view with aspen trees right outside our balcony! Staff was friendly - we were offered an upgrade to a river view room at a great price when we checked it. We had an excellent stay and highly recommend it to others.
