I liked everything. It was convenient , clean, delicious food. Pleasant people serving us . Convient to everything.

Beautiful setting right on the river. Also conveniently located near downtown shopping and dining. Very walkable. Furnishings are a little old, but of good quality and appropriate to the age and style of the facility. The indoor pool and jacuzzi were nice, but the exercise room was a bit inadequate given the size of the hotel. The dining room and beer garden had very good food and service. All staff was very friendly and helpful. Finally, I must compliment the exquisite water pressure in the shower. It may be an odd thing to comment on, but showering was a truly exceptional experience. We stayed at two other hotels on our trip and there was no comparison.

Great location for the Durango narrow-gauge railway. Hotel itself not usual Hilton standard. Reception area dark , could be lovely with some decoration and comfortable sofas. Room was ok but again very dark. Hotel in need of a remodel. Breakfast very nice but service so slow, not enough staff. Had dinner in the patio bar / restaurant beside the river, delicious food and friendly, efficient staff.

The entire property was great. Loved being by the Animas River.

From the greeting at the front desk to the check out, it was delightful! It’s so conveniently located and the views of the river so relaxing.
