Forte pluie Quelques gouttes tombaient du plafond Obligé de mettre une serviette pour protéger. Idem pour la douche qui ne fermait pas. Moins lumineux et blanc cassé.

ligging in / ten opzichte van het centrum. Ruimtelijke moderne inrichting. Voorzien van 2 airco-units. Rolluiken voor de dakramen met afstandbediening waardoor we het langer donker konden houden. Supermarktje om de hoek.

krappe douche (deur sluit ook niet goed, waardoor natte vloer). Wij slapen op zachtere matrassen, zijn deze hardheid van matrassen niet gewend (eind van de week wel ;) ). kleine liftinstallatie. Als traplopen je tegenzit, is dit geen fijne plek.

Great apartment in wonderful location. Only issue is shower door was missing a seal and we had to find a way not to flood bathroom but management said they are adressing. That's the only reason i did not give the property condition 5 stars. In Bologna during a heatwave and air conditioning was completely sufficient for us. If it has been off for a while it will take a few hours to cool down. We were met at check in and were able to walk-through keys, all the wifi and electronics and hvac controls which was really nice. Great communication from the management, though having to upload alot of info 48 hours before your stay was a little stressful. If you could do this earlier it would be better. They were having some server issues and we were travelling at that point, so for last minute stress it would have been much better for this to happen right after booking.

There was no hot water, and it was freezing, so we couldn’t take a shower. I tried reaching out to the owner about it, but got no response.
