I loved this place, I was looking for a comfortable and quiet place and here I found it, the staff was very friendly all the time and best of all, it is a very clean place, definitely I'll be back

Very well kept, neat, maintained hotel. Close to the main centre with lots of options around for dining and shopping. Staff are very helpful and lovely. They even spoke a little English which was helpful. Would definitely recommend and stay here again.

Very nice colonial style hotel with friendly staff

Beautiful spacious room in a great location with onsite parking, friendly staff and a pool! We were fortunate to get this beautiful room for one night in Valladolid. Far exceeded any expectations. The furniture was gorgeous carved wood. Booked online while we were eating lunch a few blocks away, $70.us

Well kept, however somewhat outdated but clean hotel. Stayed two nights, enough to visit the city, do Chichen Itza and a cenote. Hotel does not offer breakfast (some breakfast venues within walking distance), no bar, no other meal service. Hotel has a small cool down pool. Hotel is situated in centre of town, 2 blocks from central square and has their own car parking.

El hotel es tranquilo y muy bonito, eso sí básico ya que no cuenta con restaurante, elevador, ni minibar. Sin embargo quisiera recomendar el servicio de front desk, si bien todos son muy amables, Roberto y otro chico (desafortunadamente no recuerdo su nombre): ) de cabello negro largo, se llevan los aplausos, desde nuestra llegada nos ayudaron con cambio de habitación ya que mi mamá tiene problemas de rodilla, al apoyarme con un servicio ya que necesitaba enfriar una compresa, yo sé que fui un fastidio esos días, sin embargo siempre estuvieron al pendiente para apoyarnos. El hotel se encuentra a una distancia que puedes llegar caminando tanto al ADO si requieres autobús o para el centro. Regresamos sin duda (:

Es un hermoso y bien cuidado hotel. Todos los detalles lo hacen hermoso, lo mejor: su jardin central con alberca. El personal muy amable y servicial. Claro que hay que recordar que es una casona antigua y por lo mismo no cuenta con elevador. Una cosa que se podria mejorar es una maquina de café en la recepción.

Nos asignaron cuartos en planta baja, las camas muy cinfortalbles. El personal muy atento. Muy Bonita Casona donde se respira tranquilidad. Lo recomiendo ampliamente. Pronto regresaremos !!

Great location - very walkable to the town centre and restaurants etc!! Property was beautiful with greenery and courtyard. Staff were fairly helpful, but not overly friendly. Room was sufficient and clean. Pool was a hit with the kids and we liked the different seating area options, with tables in addition to pool loungers.
