Great place to stay, beautiful rooms

Inviiting colonial style building. Beautiful courtyard with tall trees and flowering plants with a dipping pool in the centre. Seating around it. Very clean. We were on the 3rd floor which was added a few years ago. (No elevators). Large bathroom. Spacious room with storage. Opened onto the coutyard but also a juliet balcony opening to the side plaza below. (Room 50). Firm beds. Photos on site are accurate. Safe in room. I would definitely stay again. Very close to main attractions of town.

A very pleasing ambience. The staff was very very accommodating. Just 2 blocks from the city center square. 5- 10 minutes walk to Zaci Cenote

The hotel (especially the courtyard) is charming and beautiful. The rooms are good and the bathrooms are very nice. Good, walkable location, and the staff answered all our questions.

Nice hotel! Found a couple of great restaurants nearby and it was very walkable. The courtyard and pool were especially nice.

The staff forgot my wake-up call for the airport

The hotel is clean, spacious and the property is nice. However, the parking situation is horrible, they have a small lot and if it's full you have to park in another lot they have a couple of block away from the hotel, but the staff won't let you know that before hand. The hotel is located on a busy street so when you arrive you'll have to figure out the parking situation, and the staff is not very helpful. The pillows are horrible, huge and uncomfortable, I had a terrible night sleep and we both woke up with pain in the neck. The next we had to request for new pillows, which they change for a more decent ones.

Stayed here five nights. Plus: good location. large rooms. Negatives: Front desk is consistently indifferent, parking located four blocks away in a rustic neighborhood no attendant 1 security camera, pool consistently, dirty in PM, no food at the hotel, except awful coffee.

It is a little oasis in the city and close to everything.
