Hotel Fundadores

Tuve estadía de una noche, el hotel muy bonito, la habitación menos, pero muy cómoda, cuenta con una mini refrigeradora y microondas, tambien cuenta con platos, cubiertos, dónde y con que lavarlos. Muy a gusto. El parqueo pequeño.

We spent one night at this hotel. It looked very elegant and had a lovely courtyard. The pool was in the middle of the courtyard and is much smaller than it looks in the photos. The furnishings and decor are very beautiful and appear to be very new. Our room was not on the courtyard, it was facing the street and was very noisy all night long. It was a very big room with two large beds and a balcony. It was almost equipped with a kitchen, sort of. There were beautiful cupboards, a fridge and a coffee maker but it was not really equipped to prepare a meal, I could have stored some drinks and made a cup of coffee but that's about it. No dishes, cutlery etc. I think we may have paid more for this room and would have much preferred a room facing the courtyard away from the noisy street.

Wonderful little corner in Valladolid. We got two identical king rooms for my mum and ourselves. Cute all around

Internet very slow and safe doesn’t work

We only have good things to say about Hotel Fundadores. Lovely, spacious, and clean rooms at reasonable prices. A charming courtyard with trees, lounge chairs, and a pool. Perfect location, less than a 10-minute walk from the town square, where the cathedral and many restaurants are located, and where buses to Chichen Itza come and go. Wi-Fi mostly works flawlessly, though the technology has a mind of its own from time to time. You'll need to find breakfast on your own in the city.

Really close to the main square and walkable to good coffee shops and restaurants. Felt incredibly safe and convenient

No hot water during our stay for the whole time and toilet are broken.

We had a fantastic stay at Hotel Fundadores. The location is perfect. A short walk to the square and many restaurants.

Lovely relaxed hotel just north of the Plaza principal. Large rooms and a lovely courtyard with a small pool for a dip. There was a school group there when we visited but other than hog the pool first night, they didn't cause too much noise. WiFi was pretty poor. Parking was just about possible, they take your keys and shuffle the cars around. A few good breakfast options up the road (not much on offer from the hotel) and tiendas/Modelorama near by.
