We absolutely LOVE AG-Aguas Calientes! Your walk is EITHER uphill…or downhill for sure…but not as high as Cusco and we didn’t find breathing a big deal. Great views…friendly…can’t miss.

It was old- dated. I was not clean and had bugs inside. No one was ever at the receptionist desk. You had to go look for help.

Very port property with open structure. Staff were super nice and helpful with everything. The breakfast was delish- full continental including hot eggs to order. They packed breakfast for us each day for our hikes. Hot water and water pressure was excellent. Beds were very comfortable. Lounge area was comfortable. Just a great stay. Would recommend.

A very nice place with a spacious layout taking full advantage of the nearby river. The staff and management were extremely helpful in all sorts of ways, and were extremely knowledgeable about things related to Macchu Picchu. Kudos to them.

Great 3 days stay. The location is super convenient and the best part, it’s that is far from the busy part of town. The sounds of the river will lull you to sleep. The staff was amazing!!! The shower pressure and hot water were on point. The bathroom set up is a bit awkward/tough to get out of the shower as the toilet is almost right in front of it. The front desk girl, Micaela, provided with great info and super welcoming personality. Highly recommend a couple of days stay here so you can explore Machu Picchu

The staff is friendly and helpful. The room is quiet. Really like that the hotel staff met us at the train station. Our room faces the mountain and river which is a plus.

"Ok stay."

It was an ok stay. If you're 6'1" or more your feet will hang off the bed. They need to update a lot and make their breakfast better to include at least something with protein. All bread and fruit. Better than nothing though. Nice employees that are willing to help.
