Hotel Retama Machupicchu

Very confy, eventhou no elevator. People at hotel very friendly and even took my luggage to the station because i was going to lose my train. Awesome service for my parents and kids. Thank you

The breakfast was included and excellent The beds were extra comfortable, amazing showers with good pressure hot water. Staff was accommodating and very friendly. Highly recommend.

Charming boutique Hotel 2 min walk to the hot springs which is really convenient. Great accommodating stuff. The only thing is that the shower, what I was called, but they fixed it immediately. And when I said that it was really cold in the room, they brought me a heater. So really good overall

everything is good there

Even though we booked a room at Hotel Retama, we received a room in another hotel right next to it. It had a great room, knowledgeable and helpful staff, and a nice breakfast. Not all attendants knew English. The town is nice and quiet in the evening when most tourists go away to Cusco. Note: Have Machu Pichu tours and guides pre-booked way ahead of your trip, and do not do more than one per day. We did two, but boy, we got exhausted. We enjoyed our stay.

People in the front desk really help you in everything you need very nice guys. Beautiful , clean , convenient

Surprised they switch to a different hotel, but the new location is more close to bus and train station
