San Antonio Marriott Rivercenter on the River Walk

My experience was amazing Nathaniel Rodriguez is 💯 his hospitality was awesome and the waiter Melinda was amazing

The check-in process was both friendly and efficient, setting a positive tone for our stay in the M Club. The staff, particularly Bridget and Jocelynn, were exceptionally accommodating and attentive, ensuring that everything was well-stocked despite the busy evenings caused by two conferences at the convention center. Their ability to maintain efficiency in such a crowded environment significantly enhanced our experience.

I greatly appreciated Ashunta at the front desk. She was so warm and welcoming when we check in, and she offered us earplugs. We laughed at this. But she explained that the Spurs had an NBA finals home game that night, if they won people would be celebrating and honking their horns all night long. Sure enough, the Spurs won and the horns persisted at least until 2 am. But thanks to Ashunta we had earplugs. Thank you for being thoughtful.

A top-notch hotel with wonderful amenities and people. The restaurant is fabulous too.

First and foremost how Clean and disinfectant the property is inside Building and room. Second Staff if wonderful and prompt.Third is Location could've ask for a better location really loved the access to the Riverwalk and safe security doors And lastly the Elevators are extremely fast and plenty of them didn't have to wait long abt total of 12(Elevators)

We had an issue with the rooms AC had to call twice and issue was still not fixed stayed at 72 degrees the entire time considering the humidity. Also our room was not user friend had sleep away sofa in front of the bay window didn't have easy access to open up curtain. And not enough space in room .Also didn't have mini fridge to keeps drinks cold . Also the main entrance needs to be swept or blown off regularly to have that extra curb appeal and the Valet or the traffic needs some better guidance was a Caos trying to keep traffic moving smoothly and it was extremely confusing

Close to various spots including the riverwalk and a handful of shopping areas

They had fees for anything and everything

Maddie was our server at Tributary and on such a super busy weekend she took extra special care of us!! She deserves a raise!!! And Zendaiya took care of our room and made sure we had everything we needed! Exchanged notes and wished I’d met her! She did an outstanding job!! The hotel was lovely and the desk team upgraded us as it was our anniversary weekend and this started our stay off so perfectly! Willis helped us with our bags to our room and he was so helpful and friendly. He is a gem!! Perfect location and wonderful experience!! Highly recommend!!

Maddie wasn’t supposed to be our server but the restaurant was busy and our server had too many other customers so Maddie stepped up for us. Excellent, friendly service with a smile at the end of the day!!!
