It’s an awesome property. The chalet is wonderful. One kings size bed in the zero lever , 2 single beds on 1st level. View is amazing from the balcony

They ask me to buy water in the gym 🧐. The road to the property about 5 km is very narrow. It’s a single lane road. The driver has to be very careful. Food in the restaurant is super expensive. There is no other option near by . No alcohol and No smoking policy. Not Alcoholic drink available there. Far away from city center and not advisable to drive in the night hours to and fro. The reception staff is not accommodating at all. As we were the only guest in property… only I mean no body wlse . Still he didn’t allow us to use sauna or steam. Common I am paying the full price and u don’t let me use the facilities because he says policy is if I stay 2 nights . Common

The staff behaviour was really nice and service was good.

The location was difficult to reach because of the narrow mountains Road.

Top far from Ella : 45min by car and expensive by taxi. 130$ added for taxes and the food is very expensive also

Excellent facilities, tennis, padel, full gym, pool, hiking routes all set in a spectacular location. Wonderful, friendly, attentive staff. Accommodation are just perfect, spacious and stylish villa overlooking the tea plantations.

Nice views! Friendly staff. They gave us a refund for unused nights which was more than generous as my wife was sick. Thanks again.

The prices in the restaurant are outrageous! Some meals are around 50$, regular meals 20$. The food is good but these prices in Sri Lanka are not ok.

Very friendly staff and fluent in English (which is rare in Sri Lanka).

For a wellness resort, most of activities had to be paid extra. For example there was only 1 yoga session at 11:00-12:00 with the classic sunrise, sunset sessions needed to be paid extra. In addition, any other session except using the courts had an additional charge. Breakfast was also charged on top and access to the property was very difficult with a big van and far from the city center.
