Anasa Wellness Resort

Facilities are awesome. It is a resort. The food was excellent and the staff is really friendly!! An experience to repeat!!!

The way to arrive to the hotel. It is up to the mountains and the road is long and narrow, but you arrive there by helicopter (there’s heliport there).

The location is stunning, the staff were all wonderfully helpful and the food was great. Our stay was a real moment of calm and enjoyment

Pool ist eher klein und Wasser während Sportmöglichkeiten nur gegen Bezahlung erhältlich

Prachtig gelegen, het uitzicht was adembenemend. Huisjes zijn strak en comfortabel en het eten lekker. Leuke (sport)faciliteiten.

Eten en drinken is behoorlijk aan de prijs. Bij de gym is alleen water tegen betaling te krijgen. Resort ligt afgelegen (Ella 35-40 min rijden) en weg er naartoe is wat uitdagend.

Une critique positive : il serait apprécié que la chambre soit préparé le soir pendant le dîner : fermeture de tous les stores à l’Etage (il y en a beaucoup !), préparation du lit, changement des serviettes Distance de Ella : 40 minutes mais une fois arrivée sur place, on oublie très vite

The staff, views and the chalets itself (minus the bathroom)

The washroom did not match the overall standard of the chalets. It had an old-style manual bidet, the shower was basic, and there were no bathtubs. We ordered in-room dining, and unfortunately, the baguette beef sandwich contained a bone (or similar hard object) that caused a minor chip in my tooth. We raised the issue immediately, and while the chef did visit us, the damage had already been done. The dinner was offered complimentary, and lunch was charged, here it’s not about the money more about the unpleasant experience, which left me more cautious about eating anything else during the stay.

Hotel stupendo. Mangiare molto buono.
