Dream Stays Bath - Trim Street Townhouse with Hot tub

It’s a very nicely appointed apartment. Equipped with everything we needed. The hot tub is fantastic, but unfortunately the fairly lights shown in the photos were no longer there. The free luggage storage at Harringtons Hotel is a great service and the staff is amazingly friendly!

The property is 4 stories, so there are a lot of stairs making it unsuitable for anyone with mobility issues. We were there during an intense heat wave, so the house was incredibly hot, despite the fans.

The location was perfect and plenty of space.

Hot tub and the space

The location is exceptional! The beds are really comfortable, plenty of space for people to be outside, in the living room, in the kitchen. Decorated really well. Lots of lovely little touches across the property to make it feel both homely and luxurious. The booking process was really easy and staff were very attentive if anything was needed, both before and during the stay. Everyone loved the hot tub. The staff put fans in all of the rooms which was very much appreciated as it was extremely hot during our stay. There was tea and coffee left in the kitchen. I booked this stay for my friend's hen party weekend and the staff were really accommodating in terms of splitting the double beds into single beds.

We would have really benefited from a toaster in the kitchen, the conditioner in the bathrooms had been watered down, which was a shame. One of the outside chairs was broken and we booked for nine people and there were only eight chairs around the outside table. The table outside was pretty dirty, because I didn't want to be blamed for the broken chair I telephoned and within 5 minutes a staff member was there. Put the broken chair to one side and bring a wooden chair. She also cleaned the table and helped me with the luggage, which was really helpful. Whilst this might sound very picky, the fairy lights in the garden weren't there and that would have been a really beautiful touch as they are on the photos and that's what everyone was expecting. Due to the location it is noisy in the night, with shenanigans at the early hours. If you stay overnight on a Saturday, expect an early wake up call from the local council collecting the glass bottles from all of the pubs and restaurants around the accommodation. We had all of the windows open because it was warm, so this might be less of a problem if Windows were tightly closed. The rooms could have benefited from a bigger mirror, for getting ready, but everyone was really happy with ghtye bedrooms. If I had another hen weekend in Bath plan, I would book this accommodation again, as once the accommodation is split into eight or nine people's payments, it becomes a really good deal.

Very hot (but we were there in the heat wave). There were fans in the rooms which helped.

The location is fantastic, right in the heart of Bath! Staff are super friendly when you check in! Decor is fab!

We have been to the property a number of times now and on this last occasion the hot tub wasn’t the cleanest! We had to wipe what I can only assume is like fake tan residue of the sides of the tub and there was also a lot of birds muck we had to clean! Obvs I know that could happen at any point but this all looked had been there a while. The outdoor space just needs a clean up especially for what you pay per night. It says when you book you get the whole house but 2 bedrooms were locked so we only had use of 2 bedrooms! Which obvs fitted us as there was 3 of us but with us all being mums we wanted to relax in our own rooms! We have been a few times before and we had the use of the whole house.
