Bookings for 6 or more guests are not permitted without speaking to us first. To secure your reservation, we require a copy of the debit or credit card used for the booking to be held on our booking system. Parking instructions: Park directly outside the property before the parking meters, or behind the building, where parking is free for up to 4 hours. Parking is also free between 18:00 and 08:00. The roads opposite the property are free to park on between 12:00 and 18:00. Reception is open for check-in until 10:00 PM. After this time, self check-in can be arranged; however, you must contact us before 10:00 PM to make these arrangements. Any items left in the room after departure will be retained for 7 days. If they are not collected within this period, they will be disposed of.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. A deposit may be required at the property.

friendly staff, last minute accommodation, simple and budget friendly.

Room wouldn't air out as only one window opens a little. I disliked the smell in it. Something like a generator makes noise every hour or so buzzing away so that paired with traffic noise meant hardly any sleep for me. The bedding had holes in it. the sheet had a stain. I had already changed rooms as our original had clearly not been cleaned at all. It was late so I didn't push further.
