Local parking restrictions were initially à concern of where to park, with off street spaces being a lottery.

The duvet cover is so dirty that it can't even be washed, there is dust in the drawers, they are not even cleaned, there is no internet, the air conditioner is old and barely blows. We booked a large king size room and got a loft room where it is very hot.

- The person that met us as reception was amazing. They were attentive, informative, polite and very friendly. Huge credit to The Gather Inn! - Location was good. Whilst not a Sea View, as expected, it had an excellent view of Hove Lagoon, and you could watch the Wake Boarders - A tall fan is provided in the bedroom, which was very appreciated on such a warm day.

- We could hear the people above us walking around. It was incredibly loud, at first I thought someone was kicking the wall but they seemed to be just causally strolling around their room. - The Curtains didn't fit the window, and were not black out. They didn't meet in the middle or meet the window ledge, meaning that as soon as the sun was up the room was as bright as outside. - The room was very outdated. The walls are crumbling in multiple places. - The shower bracket was loose, meaning that the shower head kept rotating downwards with the weight of it, making showering tricky.

Lovely location room did have everything in it that was needed clean towels clean bedding fan provided as no air con and some shower gel as well as tea and coffee available

Some things could be cleaner such as mold in the shower or the bin in the bathroom being in really bad condition. Very expensive nearly £400 for one night very basic small room and breakfast not included

Great location and friendly staff

They did not serve breakfast, but the food in the restaurant was very good. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful. There was no noise from the bar.

The room was a little hot, but a fan was provided so it was okay. The toilet seat was not attached to the toilet, a little precarious. Steep stairs to get up to the room at the top floor with heavy bags.
