Bookings for 6 or more guests are not permitted without speaking to us first. To secure your reservation, we require a copy of the debit or credit card used for the booking to be held on our booking system. Parking instructions: Park directly outside the property before the parking meters, or behind the building, where parking is free for up to 4 hours. Parking is also free between 18:00 and 08:00. The roads opposite the property are free to park on between 12:00 and 18:00. Reception is open for check-in until 10:00 PM. After this time, self check-in can be arranged; however, you must contact us before 10:00 PM to make these arrangements. Any items left in the room after departure will be retained for 7 days. If they are not collected within this period, they will be disposed of.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. A deposit may be required at the property.

"Niet teveel van verwachten....."

Inchecken verliep voorspoedig. De wifi was goed (genoeg om zelfs MST te gebruiken). De bedden waren oké, misschien wat hard. Maar dat is persoonlijk. De bus stopt ca. 150 meter van de B&B en rijd je in ca. 10 minuten naar het centrum van Brighton. Parkeren voor de B&B (aan de straat) is gratis tussen 18.00 - 10.00 uur. Tussen die tijdstippen moet je betalen met een app. Kost je ca. 10 GBP per dag. Qua prijs / kwaliteit niets mis mee.

Dat je de deur uit moet en aan de overkant van de gang naar het toilet / badkamer / balkon moet is niet optimaal. Had het kunnen (?) weten als ik beter had gelezen. De ramen waren vies en het tapijt in de kamer zag er ook niet even fris uit. Een (van de twee) bedlampjes had geen peertje en dat kon niet worden verholpen tot de dag erna. Ach....

No hot water. I contacted them through messages but nobody came. Reception was closed out of office hours so couldn't find a member of staff Basic room

Nettes Personal, schöner pub mit Blick aufs Meer , Parkplätze an der strasse verfügbar

Leider hatte Küche vom Restaurant nicht geöffnet, Getränke wurden gereicht und man konnte essen liefern lassen via lieferdienst, direkt an der Hauptstraße

Comfy bed, great location.

The fan was broken on a very hot day. Thankfully a good breeze through the window at night. No bin bags in the bins.
