Heavy vehicles passing, not so much on weekend

The staff were pleasant and the room was spacious. Two of the beds were comfy and we slept ok.

There was an unpleasant musty smell in the room, possibly to do with the grubby carpet that desperately needs changing. The mattress on the one bed, there were three, was not for fit purpose and the base was filthy. I just didn't think it was clean enough all round tbh, the plughole in the sink in one of the shared bathrooms needed dealing with as well. The tables out the front didn't seem to have been cleaned for quite a while either, they were sticky and dusty. It's a shame as it could be a really nice place, and these little things are easy to rectify.

Triple room with ensuite. Good location to get to Brighton city centre.

Bathroom bin had not been emptied and sanitary products in there. Did phone reception and they apologised and said that they'll make a note of it. Didn't offer to empty it.

room was basic but clean, staff are very nice, great to be able to eat and drink at the property , could play pool, watch big tv screens. I am fussy about my food but I must say the burger and chips I had was the best I have had in a long time.

The staff wee really friendly, and the rooms really clean.

We weren't aware we had shared facilities, bathroom/toilet, but it dint bother us they were really clean and we didnt see anyone else
