Elliot Suite No15 - Donnini Apartments

Well equipped , very clean , comfy beds.

Everything was good.

Appartment was spotless clean ok area

I booked this for £218 from saturday to monday requested early check in 1 3x i tried had a avent to attend on arrival at property had to pay a extra £20 waver that hadnt bn mention at all by bank transfer b4 i was evan aloud in property was 3 hour late for evant messed up ma full weekend checked out on sunday

Not much I did complain and they offered a small compensation of a discount to stay again which of course I will not be, so useless. They also make you pay £20 breakage which I did not know about. I asked for this to be refunded at the very least and they did not offer. I felt their email back was rude and condescending.

Not a nice location, not clean, blinds broken my husband had to fix. Too much light coming in which woke us up early alongside the workmen on Monday morning as there’s a building site behind it.

Everything about the apartment is superb.

There is nothing not too like for a holiday rental it's as good as it gets

Everything we needed for a short stay. Beds were very comfortable.

The TV didn’t work. The staff were amazing and messaged me straight back to try to sort it. It was late on Friday evening so I didn’t bother to pursue it.

The apartment was very spacious and had all the facilities of home

Thought i could have been notified before arrival about the waiver was a must otherwise everything else excellent. Also the tv had 4 remotes which none of them worked we personally were not down for thet but if I had kids with me would have been a big problem

We liked the apartment layout and the location

Before arrival we were 'upgraded' from Elliott to Isla apartment. Upon arrival the smell in the Isla apartment was terrible. The carpets, chairs and couch were very dirty. After 3 days we were moved to Cairn apartment.

Location was excellent. Apt was very clean. We had everything we needed for our stay

We had booked apt No 15 but got a call a few days before we travelled to Ayr that No. 15 was no longer available for our dates and we were getting apt No 9. I had asked if it would be possible for a twin room and double room format and was advised that was no problem but when we arrived it was 2 doubles. Would rather have been told it wasn’t possible up front 😔. The bathroom and shower could do with some updating.
