"Old & worn, but the location makes it a good choice."

All the staff were courteous, friendly & eager-to-help which is a plus. Be aware there is a $25 daily "destination fee ' that Marriott over-uses to inflate their rates & not disclose them until arrival, but this one can be used as a partial credit. Have stayed here several times because of the location which can't be beat for a 5 minutesstroll to Old Town Scottsdale. Place looks like it did 30-40 years ago. Dated & worn, with furniture you would not keep in your home, & in need of a total gut renovation, but it is kept neat & tidy & has good housekeeping. Will return if for no reason other than the location.

"Great place to stay in Old Town Scottsdale"

GREAT stay as usual! Have always had a wonderful time staying at this hotel. It really hasn’t changed much over the years. Connie (spelling?) and her staff were incredible during my stay and the nice lady who was working breakfast was top notch and very friendly. This hotel is in the heart of old town and I would recommend staying here if you like to walk and eat at great restaurants. Thanks again to the stay who help make my stay amazing! See you next time

Easy friendly check in and early too. The room was very comfortable and quite. a great mattress for a great night's sleep. No shuttle service however easy walk two blocks either direction from the hotel for excellent restaurants and shopping. They do not have an M Club however they do treat you to a made to order breakfast that is fantastic. They do have a destination fee but it's easy to use in the restaurant. Sparkling clean pool opens early and a nice workout area. Hardworking folks at this Marriott nice job!
