The manner that the staff spoke to me when I telephoned from the UK to ask whether they had a vegetarian spread like margarine for toast and either Oat-milk or Almond-milk as our grandchildren have an allergy that requires that their meals are Dairy-Free. The woman who answered the phone laughed at me and said we needed to bring our own. When I reminded her that we were arriving late at night on a long-haul flight from the UK, she replied, "So! That's not our problem, you'll just have to go to a store and get your own. " N.B. The reason I had to telephone the hotel was because they failed to respond to about a dozen emails and messages sent via Booking.com. In spite of this, we kept the reservation. The carpets in both rooms we booked were filthy and sticky. One of our party wore white socks in the room, and the soles became black with sticky dirt after walking across the room just once. The rooms haven't been maintained well for years. Wallpaper was wrinkled in several places and peeling off in the bathroom.

It was Not clean the shower around was moldy,wallpaper peeling off, safe was scary dirty didn’t use didn’t shower :Was going to make waffle in morning till a guest blew on it was his mouth:never Again

When we checked in they gave us one key, it had worked for the day we checked in and then stopped working the following day. It was fixed after going to the front desk, and they reprogrammed two new keys for us. Though this hotel had good reviews when we first checked into our hotel, the room gave us had an unsettling feeling. It was clean, but the carpet was ripped up by the desk and the window was open. We couldn’t pinpoint why it was disturbing, but the first night we stayed there we could barely sleep. We ended up checking out a night early because of the growing uncertainty that we had about that room.

Very services minded staff, the hotel itself is a bit tierd can yse a face lift, but Beds and room was clean and just for a night the price is right
