Quality Inn Pittsburgh Airport

Our stay was unforgettable check-in went smoothly with little wait, and we received our room. Not the room that I booked six months in advance, however the room that we got ended up getting picked for me. The toilet was broken. The refrigerator was broken. The microwave didn’t work and neither did the sink it was filthy on top of everything else and the adjoining door was not locked when we entered the room. Not to mention, I asked for a non-smoking room and was given an outside smoking room that smelled like cigarette, dog piss, and weed. We did not stay there long. My husband went back and we got a new room. They gave us a new room on the inside. It looked like we went to a whole new hotel. Things were working it still a bit rundown, but not like the first round at all however, the blinds are 3 inches too small on each side and it has a sheer see-through curtain. Which privacy is out the window what’s in the window is bright sunlight so if you wanna take a nap during the day, bring a mask because it’s bright in here. They do provide shampoo, conditioner, and lotion inside the shower. A microwave and a refrigerator and a one cup coffee maker. Laundry on site $2.00 per wash and $2.00 per dry. Plus a fitness center. The beds are very stiff. The first night we were here there were some loud drunk lost females in the hall, trying different doors, but it’s not like it’s every night because last night was much quieter thank goodness. The hotel/motel was old and the room iin somewhat poor condition from too much humidity. Pealed wallpaper. Black mold in and around the bathroom. It is also right on the highway so cargo truck noise was an issue at night. The staff was nice, though.

The property is definitely showing its age with creaky floors, worn carpets and furniture, but the towels are soft and clean, and staff are friendly to travel weary strangers.

The gentleman at the front desk was very helpful. He was much nicer than the woman who checked in my friends. She was rude and could not find the reservation.

I noticed the back doors outside were left ajar overnight. Not safe!

Stay away. My room was horrific. It smelled like mold. I ended up in my vehicle outside the room to finish sleeping because the smell was that bad. Please read other reviews and beware.

The location was nice

I felt very uncomfortable there .. a lot of people just scrolling back and forth in front of the room.. . I believe it was the people that were living there.. I was ready to leave the next day

Everything was good, hotel is cozy, but slightly outdated if it matters. Amenities were adequate. The room had a smell, it wasn’t that bad just semi-noticeable, got a candle and it was fine. Free shuttles to and from the airport, complimentary breakfast was very good. very much worth the price, would stay again.

Manager on duty told me that the nearby restaurant, The Pub, was open and when I walked over, it was not open - had to order expensive food to be delivered. Garbage bins around the property were full and overflowing. Room was adequate; however, bed was old fashioned box spring and hard mattress; sink was plastic with damage; chrome on the faucet was peeling; carpet old - didn't want to walk barefoot on it. In other words, the whole place needs to be rehabed and brought into the 21st century. Won't stay there again.
