Would have been excellent but not only did we not get new towels they folded the wet ones and put on the shelf. I can honestly say I have never experienced this. No questions or problems when I asked for new ones. Though this was very strange 🤔

So the front desk first of all, I guess they have it hidden somewhere that you get charged $75 a night just in case something happens to the room so you will end up paying over 150 dollars in incidentals . It’s better than the other two hotels that are on top of each other and they share one parking lot so there’s not enough parking for all three places .there was a foul smell by the pool area . you could hear a pin drop in the next room so that was a problem trying to sleep. The bathroom was clean, but it’s a stall shower and a toilet so you can hardly get out of the shower because the toilet is right on top of it. It’s a weird design because then they have the sink outside ,so is it worth all that money not really is it decent to stay a night maybe two I guess

When I got there at 3pm the suite was not ready, I came back at 4pm and the room was not ready. At 4:30 they gave the key and when I go there the room was not ready. The room was disgusted, towels on the floors bottles lying all over. Unacceptable. Went down to the front desk and Cinthia the manager instead of professionally apologized , she talk to us down, treated us as we were stupid, she said is “just a dirty room “with sarcasm. Her attitude was disgusted. We sat until our room was cleaned. And I saw her treating everyone disgustingly. There was a guy by the name Amhik he was very professional , accommodating and understanding. Also the cleaning staff were very nice and professional. They asked us daily if we needed anything as towels toilet treats. They were the best part of the hotel. Cinthia needs to be sent back to customer service classes. She needs to learn how to treat customers.
