Days Inn by Wyndham Novato/San Francisco

Very horrible customer service! We have stayed here for years throughout our business and the way this hotel treats its members who have rewards etc is horrid! I book room all the time for employees and this is the only hotel that gives us issues and removes my reservations and points and they go elsewhere but not to our account. Very sad to say we will be taking our business elsewhere now. This has happened at least 5 times now even with credit card auth sent to them.

The staff tried to help us but it was a difficult situation over a holiday. I like the location of the hotel and the fact that they are pet-friendly.

There was no hot breakfast. There weren't even any pastries, just cereal (who knows how stale it was) and cold breakfast bars. We booked two nights. The heater in room 215 where we were checked into first had NO heat setting--the only settings were cold, dry and energy star. Cold air was coming out of it. We asked the front desk for help. The clerk came to look at it, but couldn't understand it either. She moved us to room 221, but told us that was only for one night. We told her we did not want to move twice and wanted to stay in the new room assigned to us. We returned the next night (Thanksgiving) and our key wouldn't unlock the door. We went to the front desk and were told that our possessions had been moved out of that room without our permission, because that room had been sold to somebody else. We were booked back into room 215, the room with no heat. We refused to go back to the room with no heat. The clerk called some one in authority and we were given a third room, 331. All of our possessions had been thrown into a garbage bag and brought to the lobby. The whole experience was disgusting. The personnel were polite and tried to help but the situation was ridiculous. I have a cell phone and received messages from Wyndham about my reservation, etc. I even checked in on line. Yet when they wanted to move my possessions they did not notify me.

Rolig beliggenhet med gode fasiliteter. Det beste utgangspunkt for naturopplevelser langs kysten. Spennende reisemål for dagsturer i andre distrikter.
