"The best family hotel in Rochester!"

Top notch Residence Inn. Celeste in the breakfast area is a pro! Cisco in maintenance is like family. Marsha at the front desk makes it feel like coming home. Hotel is immaculate!

I only review properties that are good- or really bad. This is an excellent property! It's super clean, and the people are very nice. Elevators and parking are very efficient. They have no bar, but offer some drinks in their little shop. They dont have a restaurant, but do have breakfast. Three large self service coffee vats in the lobby very early every morning- which is very convenient.
