Residence Inn Rochester Henrietta

Very nice hotel that is extremely clean and has an exceptionally friendly front desk staff. Jacquez and Allison made us feel like we were long-lost friends. The breakfast selections were great and we enjoyed the pearl sugar waffles. We had a two bed, two bath room and enjoyed all the space that room layout provided. Great stay at a convenient location near restaurants, shopping, and interstate.

The hotel was clean, staff was friendly, and in a sge area

The traffic from central CT on 4th of July was much lighter than expected. We called the hotel to see , if by chance, our room was ready. The answer was YES and we checked in about 1:30. The warm welcome by the dark haired young lady was a wonderful start to our short trip. We have stayed here many times ,and as usual: the room was lovely, the pool was delightful, the breakfast choices were tasy. This time any questions/requests were taken care of by the efficient and friendly Stephanie. It was nice to know that the schedule was planned so that each employee had some time off to enjoy part of the 3 day weekend. We consider this hotel to always earn 5 stars !!! We'll be back soon!

Everything was perfect....staff friendly and helpful, great breakfast, and everything was clean and beautiful. Very impressed....highly recommend!!

Excellent customer service and breakfast buffet

This hotel is simply perfect! Staff are friendly, professional, and helpful. They go out of their way to make your stay an A+ experience. A big shout out to Jac’Quez and Marsha!! The rooms are very comfortable and clean. The gym is better than any I have seen at a Marriott in a very long time. The whole property is excellently maintained. I was legitimately sad when it came time to leave. Thank you for a very memorable stay! You have set the bar very high for your sister properties!

Nicely renovated. Staff was friendly and helpful. Location is the drawback for someone who likes to walk in the mornings. And, the infestation of kids playing in tournaments nearby. They were a lot of them and running around as kids would do. More a reflection of parents than the hotel. And, it is located where its located. It's in an a more industrial/commercial location.

Very happy to have stayed at this property. The staff was very helpful and kind. The room was very clean and updated. The stairwell and hallways needed a vacuuming, but as far a the room went-- it was pristine. Breakfast was great-- not just toast and jam-- lots of options. They even had non-dairy milk for coffee! Will definitely stay here again.
