NIce comfortable room, well stocked. Location was good. Staff was friendly at all levels. Clean with attentive housekeeping.

For goodness sakes Marriott, spend the $10 and put a full length mirror in each room! Kitchen, living room and vanity area needed brighter lighting. Put a safe in each room, not behind the front desk. That’s not convenient for anyone.

Good service overall but breakfast could be better.

We’ve stayed at this hotel many times over the past three years (have a child in a nearby college). We’ve always been happy with our stays- great location, fantastic staff. In the past, our only complaint was that the rooms weren’t always super clean. This was not the fault of the cleaning staff, it was the fact that the floor tiles in the kitchens and bathrooms were in need of re-grouting and very difficult to maintain. So, we were super excited when we walked into this hotel a few days ago and saw that it had been completely renovated. The lobby area looks awesome (love the new decor) and the room was great, too. The flooring they used in the kitchen/bathroom looked great and will be much easier to maintain. The sleeper sofa was really nice looking but also very comfortable (the previous sofas were not). The one thing that hasn’t changed was the fact that the staff is still so kind and helpful. Will absolutely stay here again.

What a fabulous little gem! The decor is spot on, the staff is lovely and helpful, the rooms are comfortable and accommodating (with kitchens). A gym, indoor pool - and the breakfast bar is fantastic! I have stayed in much more expensive hotels with much less. I will come back here whenever I'm in town!

Everything was fine except that i had a bug in my back head (sticking to my hair) when i woke up in the morning. Not sure if it is a bed bud and/or a pet tick from the towel ( i used to have a towel as a support for my head while sleeping). Little scary though.

Great place to stay. It is what you would expect with a newer Residence Inn. Very nice, clean, and friendly staff. Breakfast eggs felt a little fresher than some other hotels, but it is the standard ‘American’ free hotel breakfast. (America needs to learn from European hotels for a breakfast bar, even 2star hotel breakfasts in Europe are better than the ‘American standard’..!

The hotel is updated, has wonderful staff, good breakfast and a nice pool but we weren't happy with the condition of our room. We are a family of 6 and the one bedroom suite was specious and accommodated all of us but there was pet hair all over the room. I have one year old who likes to explore and i didn't feel comfortable setting her down at all in the room. By the time i noticed the pet hair all over the floor and our clothes we were ready for bed and i didn't request a different room but i couldn't wait to leave. I love animals but as someone who doesn't have pets i don't want to be covered in someone else's pet hair. I would stay here again only if i was given a room that isn't pet friendly.

We had an absolutely amazing stay at this family-friendly hotel! The rooms were spotless, spacious, and perfect for kids—especially with the kitchenette, which made mealtime easy. The breakfast was delicious with great variety. Every staff member was kind, but a special shoutout to Stephanie at the front desk—she greeted us with a smile, checked in to see if we needed anything, and made sure our stay with our kids was perfect. Highly recommend!
