Residence Inn Rochester Henrietta

Our flight arrived @ ROC at 10am, so we had some time to kill before check-in. After we shopped and ate we decided to call the hotel and see if POSSIBLY we could check in early. They were VERY accommodating and welcomed us immediately! What a relief! The suite was perfect! Location is close to the highway and 11 mins to airport. We will DEFINITELY stay here when we visit family in Rochester! Thank you!

The staff were very friendly and responsive to our needs. The hotel and out room was very clean. We will definitely stay there again.

The hotel was clean, the staff was friendly and the room was spacious. Nice property, my only complaint is that the bed was uncomfortable and the sheets and pillows were stiff.

Clean place, modern amenities. Steve was awesome at the front desk, thanks for the friendly quick checkin. Extra coffee helped get the morning started.

I thought it was very nice and I would love to go back if I got the chance. The room I stayed in was a one bedroom suite and I think it was one of the best i've stayed in.

We are still here but wanted to write a review saying how awesome Paul was to us last night. We got in from Connecticut at 12:50am to a different hotel down the road. We usually stay at Marriott properties but we wanted to be closer to a wedding venue, lesson learned. I called the residence inn that we have stayed at many times before and Paul answered at 1:30am. I explained our situation and that we need a new place STAT. Paul gave me two different room options that would work for our family and we told him we were on our way. When we got there, we weren’t able to get in the door right away because Paul was out securing a bed in a bag for us and came walking down the hall to bring it to the front desk. Check in was a breeze and I checked our room out before bringing a single item up, just in case. Everything was perfectly ready for us and we thanked Paul. Thank you for making a 2:30am hotel switch with a 4&7 year old as easy as it could be, Paul. You were awesome and we appreciate you!

I would give 10 stars if I could. The place was immaculate, Stephanie and Allison were professional, courteous and super friendly. The breakfast was one of the better I have had an included buffet. The breakfast staff was great as well. Overall a great experience.
