The rooms was all in bad shape the front desk was very disrespectful and the pool was done

The hotel had rooms and the biggest win for me was the young man at front desk. He was polite and understood I wasn’t able to hear well so he adjusted. He asked about my state and I saw him later working at taking out huge bag of trash to dumpster. He also appeared to be doing laundry. Room: quiet, had a Gideon Bible! Fridge worked and room was nice and cool. TV fine. Bath sink was slow to drain. Shower never ran out of hot water! Carpet looked new. Couldn’t get hair dryer to work. Room had some wear but was doable. Didn’t try pool. Hot tub looked liked being repaired

We were disappointed that the hot tub was under construction, so the pool wasn't heated. No coffee pot in the room, so we had to go to the lobby for coffee. The staff was friendly and responsive. The location and facility felt safe.

Showed up with four kids ready to swim on their spring break. Was told the pool was in spa was working when I booked it and when I went to check in, got to the room went to the pool and there was ice on top of the pool and the spa was broken. Staff wouldn’t answer the phone when Expedia called to give me my refund so I could go to a hotel with a working pool.

Hot tub broken, no coffee in room, didnt see an ice maker, a place for a hair dryer was on the wall, but no hair dryer.

Other than the half used bottle of shampoo the room was clean.

Their breakfast was nothing special, cereal, hard boiled eggs, and tiny muffins, milk, oj, and coffee and the pamphlet and online says till 10am but they close it at 9am according to a plaque in the lobby. The pool heater was broken which they didn’t tell us when we checked in so it was more like a polar plunge and made my 2 year old blue and purple from only a few minutes of time in it. The hot tub was supposed to be fine but it was still colder than the regular pool should have been with the heater working. The beds made me and my husband so sore because they were not comfortable at all. And they wanted to charge us over what we were charged on booking.com because we put in 2 adults and 3 kids but for some reason the system kept changing it to 2 adults and 1 kid and we even took a screenshot of what it was doing. We also paid more than what we could have for other places for 2 adults and 3 kids and got no good amenities. I will never return to this place. Also on our last day there we found out that when you turned off the main room light it turned off the refrigerator as well.

Customer service. Family friendly.

The heat/AC unit was not consistent, TV remote barely worked, shower was cold water

The room was clean and comfortable. Bed was comfy. Heat worked well. Bathroom clean too.

The "breakfast" was terrible. It could literally have fit on an endtable. I wouldn't call it a breakfast at all but rather a weird collection of random items--a box of eggs, a bag of sliced bread, and a gallon jug of sunny delight.

We had reservations right up till we got there at 8:15pm and then we was told that there was no room and it was a mistake.
