It was quiet, comfy, and very relaxing. Very spacious. Very clean and well organized and the staff was so nice for the entire stay.

Internet was slow. So the tv kept buffering. But that will not stop me from staying there again.

Issuse with locks, staff,rooms, furniture, cleanliness,equipment, breakfast. No maid service, staff was argumentative, door locks malfunctioned and locked you out.breakfast was out or recycled from day before. Small selection and could be more sanatary.

The bed was ahhhhmazing!!! The staff was amazing.The pool was amazing. The hot tub was amazing. The only thing i didn't care for was the breakfast. & no light at back entrance. thatamazing

Very close to where I needed to be and right next to a McDonald’s and Taco Bell for fast food

One of my pillows has a dirty case, very dated looking place, window opens with no screen, pool and hot tub have piles of crumbling paint floating on the bottom and collecting in the corners so that was kind of gross, and “breakfast” is peanut butter crackers or a small muffin, bananas, a loaf of bread, and an egg steamer. Had an option of regular coffee, and if you’re quick enough you can have some juice or milk from a communal gallon.

I didn't expect much, but I at least expected the door to work. Something was wrong with the mechanism and we couldn't get in. Thought we were going to have to bust the door down. They had to call maintenance. Breakfast was very simple, not even any fruit. We were afraid to take our socks off.

Staff were very friendly. Very clean. Easy to find. Good location. Bed was very comfortable.

WiFi could have a better signal. Breakfast could have more choices.

The rooms were clean and staff were helpful and kind. One issue was the room key cards, everytime you left your room, the card wouldn't let you back in, and it just wasn't ours, everyone else was having the same problem. Second issue was the "Continental breakfast". Was only offered children's cereal, toast and grape jelly, bananas and one day they had a shriveled orange and 1 hard boiled egg. Limited creamers for the coffee. Oh, BTW, the description of the room online states that every room has a coffeemaker, NOT TRUE!!! The indoor pool was cold and hot tub was VERY hot. We were there for 3 nights and our trash was never emptied and when my friend asked for extra towels, they told her to bring her dirty ones to the front desk. I feel like I was overcharged for staying in this facility. I guess you just take your chances anymore, but with being on Social Security disability, I felt $80 a night was a lot, but it was a lesson learned.

Quiet and beds are comfortable. If you just need a place to sleep...might be okay. Staff are inattentive and low level rude. WiFi is spotty and unreliable. Breakfast items are disappointing. The hot tub controls are kept under lock and key by staff. Hotel Management does whatever they can to save a buck. This is a no frills place.
