It smelled Smokey musty smelling which affected my allergies, room was not set up like was agreed upon, we did not consider that hot breakfast, disappointed that we have to cook it. No bagels, fresh donuts or biscuits and gravy. So what we paid for compared to what we received was not sufficient. We have stayed at your hotel since it was built.

Over hotel is clean and staff was very friendly and helpful. The pool was nice and the hot tib. My only complaint is there was not very many options for breakfast. The boiled eggs were rotten and the only beverage offered was coffee

We did not get the suite I was charged for and no refunnd for the downgraded room. Tolet would not flush, bathroom didn't appear clean, low pressure hot water just a small low pressure stream in lavatory and shower, water tasted horrible, no one at front desk in the evening for assistance. I WOULD RECOMMENDED(DON'T STAY THERE). $271 for a plane room and not even tourists season

When we arrived, reservation had been cancelled by an employee. Gave us a room, not a king bed. Had to go back and ask for a king bed room. Continental breakfast had a loaf of bread, mini muffins, apples, no juice as juice machine broken-not what we expected. No hair dryer in room-staff didn't know where one would be.

"Won’t be back!"

was quiet because there wasn’t many guests.

They wanted a $100 deposit for damage to their rooms because they were newly remodeled. (not the room we were in.) The room was dirty there was still trash in the trash can. The shower curtain was ripped. The bedspread was covered in stains that were gross looking. Stains on our towels (we never used we weren’t sure they’d been cleaned.) Stains on carpet. We took pics so we don’t get charged for damages we didn’t do.
