"Very uncomfortable"

The air conditioner was not working very hot in the room was very uncomfortable for the price I paid I should of been very comfortable. I also was moved twice my room keys didn’t work I was not very happy with the money I paid!

The price! And your front desk can’t ever find my room. I wish my check in was more organized

"We had the worst night sleep and have had much better stays at similar facilities for less."

The bed, the sheets, the pillows, awful. the room was NOT cold. NOBODY like a warm room, NOBODY!!!

AWEEESOMEE, experience. Big chain hotels are not very good this days, this one is worth it. Clean, nice decor and spacing, super good service, incredible breakfast. They helped us celebrate a birthday with an nice balloon and cupcakes.

"Tired Property with some security concerns"

The hotel is in a great location. It is a very tired property and not representative of a JW status. I was also surprised by the lack of attention from Marriott security and managers when a man entered the bar area and asked patrons for money. Several people reported the uncomfortable circumstance to employees and nothing was done for a significant amount of time. About 70% of the people in that area were being asked for money. Security needs to be revisited at this property.
