Love staying here. Stayed here every December for the past 3 years. The staff is so nice and very professional. Felicia at check-in is fantastic! Rooms nice, comfortable bedding. As a Titanium Bonvoy member, I appreciate access to the Lounge for morning coffee and a pretty good breakfast buffet. I like it here as it's a quality hotel and it's in a great location... near my friends, restaurants, across from the Galleria Mall, etc. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED
