"One of Marriotts superb hotels, a constant high level of service and comfort."

One of Marriotts superb hotels. Staff is very friendly, rooms are spacious, 2 bottles of water, nice bathroom amenities. Unfortunately no bathrobe and slippers. Very comfortable bed. A small convenient shop has fresh coffee, pastries, joghurt, salads and wraps. Breakfast buffet had a lovely selection, eggs to be ordered. Conveniently located across the street from The Galeria Mall.

"Cheer comp in Houston- great stay!"

Check in was a breeze even arriving at 1:30am. I needed to go pick up a rental car and Shah immediately offered me a ride (I was going to walk). This saved me 20 minutes!! He was so nice and I loved hearing his story. Also the lobby smelled amazing!

I am writing to share my wonderful experience with the hospitality team at the JW Marriott Houston by The Galleria. I recently had the pleasure of dining at Caracol, and it was truly amazing. The Ceviche, in particular, was absolutely fantastic. muy mal servicio de la recepcionista, nos dijo que no estaba la reservacion , que no le aparecia, nos tuvo 40 min ahi cuando al fin la encontro, decia que booking no les paso la reserva y era mentira y muy grosera .tampoco respeto las camas que pedi

"Top notch experience - Martha"

Hotel is Good overall. The experience was incredible thanks to Martha, who served in the restaurant each morning. She was kind, observant, and remembered my preferences each day. Because of Martha and other staff members at this hotel, I will be booking again.
