"Nightmare"

Nothing

It was filthy the carpet was so soiled none of us would take our shoes off the furniture was not like the website showed us Never consider them ever again we didn’t stay there we left they offered a cleaner but how can a cleaner clean a badly soiled carpet

"Stay was average"

Location was perfect! Parking was great! Check in was easy

The AC did not work & no one could come and check it out! It was 36 degrees that day! The range hood also did not work & cooking utensils were broken. Carpet was stained & dirty

"Needs a renovation."

Location and the extra towels

Spare room mattress was terrible!!! Had to sleep not facing window/backwards as mattress sank badly in the middle. also was too bright as a blind was missing. The missing blind was standing in the corner and fell nearly hitting my niece. Shower head was also terrible.

"Loved the views!"

The position was fantastic and the views were beautiful! It was spacious and comfortable.

Might have been nice to have another couch or armchair for more sitting options

"Great location less than 5min walk to Crown Casino"

Close to everything, tidy enough, catered for 5 adults easily.

Only down fall was there was no TV, this also made everyone engage in conversation and the first to rise (myself) go on a leisurely walk instead of indulge in TV

"A great family trip"

The store clerk was very helpful and great location with a fabulous coffee shop and pizza shop!

Having to park and go to the room to get the car parking key then go and move the car into our allocated spot. Then the key fob wouldn't work properly so we got stuck trying to exit the car park.
