ReadySet Apartments at Southbank One

Stained carpet, dirty windows, air conditioner didn’t work, lots of down lights not working and old lumpy bed.

Very good view, good size apartment.

I couldnt find the code for the key on my sms's or emails the man at the convenience store was not helpful, after looking for the code for 10 minutes i asked if he could just look up my name under Ready Set Apartments and he said yes, I thought he should have offered that from the start. That we had to drive out of the appartment and then run up and leave the key on the bench.

Great location, comfortable beds

Kitchen was not equipped for a family of 6.

The location was great and the apartment was good with multiple bedrooms and showers

A couple of things need attention 1. Carpet in living area needs replacing, 2. No soap pump bottle in ensuite 3. No spare bin bags for excess rubbish

Good location

In 37 degree heat the aircon was not working and after trying to contact someone to fix, no one fixed it. No fans in apartment. Very little sleep

We chose this property for the location, however didn’t realise the run around we would have between location for key pick up, parking etc.

For the cost of the apartment it was a very disappointing arrival, property was not maintained, furniture and walls damaged, and the cleanliness particularly the carpet and walls was very below standard and unacceptable.

Good roomy apartment. Good kitchen . Comfy beds. Good having a laundry in the apartment.

One couch for a 3 bedroom apartment wasn’t enough seating. Felt a little dated - carpets a bit stained, dining chairs not comfortable which you had to use as only one couch. The water in the shower didn’t come out well - the shower head may need removing and a good scrub

The size of apartment, location and the main bedroom bed was good

The carpet was filthy, there was an aroma in the apartment. The dining chairs were dirty and some smelly. The showers was not very good either.
