"Overall, not bad for one night"

The location was really good, and it was really easy to collect the keys and find the location with the instructions supplied.

The apartment wasn’t very clean, lots of finger prints on the windows, stains on the carpets and throw blankets and lots of scratches and marks on the walls. Also was really hard to figure out how to get in and out of the car park, there was no information about how to open the car park door.

The property was in a good location, only 5 minutes walk to Southgate and the Yarra River. Fabulous pool - we swam everyday. The views just gorgeous - especially early morning and evening. The apartment was spacious and well appointed. Beds comfy and the rooms were a good size - plenty of space for the 5 adults we had staying. Would recommend this apartment for a stay in Melbourne. Excellent communication before and throughout the stay.

The apartment was well located, spacious and well equipped. The carpet and windows could both have done with a clean but otherwise everything was well maintained. We found the check in and check out processes cumbersome and a bit excessive

The location was fantastic. The room had a few issues that were raised during our stay and were not actioned. Rubbish left outside of our room from previous guests, smoke alarm battery beeped through the first night, power points dangerous, front door lock broken, just to name a few.

"Good"

We liked: Location, well equipped apart from one pan with only one lid. Staff were very helpful. We didn’t like: NO BEDSIDE LIGHTS WORKED. Towels were old, poor quality and rather small. Electric sockets in main bathroom only working intermittently. Fridge door broken on arrival. Basin tap loose and plug inoperative in main bathroom. This apartment is in such a good position and if all the above could be rectified we would be very happy to stay again.

"Family city escape"

Host was very helpful. Appartment was lovely, clean and comfy and was in a perfect location. Shop down stairs with great food close by. Would definitely stay again. Only complaints were we were unable to connect to wifi, and the shower pressure was a little ordinary.
