The breakfast was great!

I booked a king-bed room. It was very clean and well organized. It has a sink in the coffee bar, a big mirror, and a cabinet for organizing your luggage. The sofa is pretty comfortable. 24/7 hot water and flavored iced water (with some fresh fruit in the can). I really like the sink at the coffee bar because I can easily wash my cups and dishes. The hotel has shuttle service from early morning to midnight, which is very convenient for travelers.

Its very convenient hotel location to the airport and rental car return center. There are restaurants and gas stations close to the hotel. The hotel is in a very safe area. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I had a package held for me for a week prior to my arrival. It has a surprisingly good menu for people too tired to go out to eat.

The hotel was adequate but I was charged double. I reviewed my CC after checkout and noticed that I was charged for my stay although I prepaid.

1. Pro: The room and general aesthetic of the hotel was much more modern than I expected. Our room (despite being close to the elevator against our request), was surprisingly very quiet (in addition to being very clean)! 2. Con: The majority of the staff lacked any friendliness towards customers with the exception of an older gentleman (who worked the late night). We also never got an answer when calling the front desk from our room and even just before arriving (just to let them know we were on our way due to our unusual arrival time). 3. Con: Having better breakfast options. Upon arrival at 7:30/8am, there were signs for biscuits and gravy and grits, but none were to found anywhere. For the remaining days, the hot food options were the exact same (hashbrowns, eggs, chicken burritos). The unwelcoming staff and the breakfast experience weren't the best

This hotel was easily located and has the most amazing staff. The friendliness and helpfulness of every singe person who worked there over a 4 day period never ceased to amaze us. Every question answered, need met, and not one eye roll or sigh of frustration that we get at other locations. The hotel was well kept and so clean! Staff were constantly picking up and wiping down surfaces as I was waiting for others to meet me downstairs in the lobby/waiting area.

Staff was very helpful. Check in was quick and easy. Shuttle service. Was on time and easy to use. Will stay here when traveling every time.
