Costa Sur All Inclusive Resort

Fantastic cove created by rock wall. The cove was a very gentle area to swim and relaxing. Snorkeling was nice because the water was calm and not too turbulent. The staff at the hotel were kind and helpful and friendly. The buffet was OK, nothing spectacular. The poolside grill had enough food to keep you happy throughout the day. And the hombre working there was a real real nice guy.

The Property is getting a little dated.

Mediocre at best. No drinks at all in my room. Very sparse and outdated with broken tiles and very old amenities. Room service is an extra charge. Drinks were terrible unless you had beer. There are many places that are half the price and twice as good. Lindo Mar for example.

We been there before, and we keep coming back because the views from the hotel are stunning, two pools and a private beach with clear water, 6 min. From Malecon, the young man from, front desk very polite ( as always ) I sent a message, requesting not to be on the upper floors, they never respond , when we got there, I told him about the message they never respond, I think he read it on the computer because he smile, and I said don’t tell me, they have me up there and he said yes, but don’t worry I’ll fix that, he gave us the most beautiful room, with pool and sea view, we had a little inconvenient and talk to the manager, the most beautiful soul, every member of that hotel is awesome, the waiters are so attentive, everything was perfect , we will keep going back for sure
