The location was great. It was in between a lot of things to do in or out of the city.

Housekeeping was non existent. Our room wasn’t cleaned the whole trip if we needed anything we had to go to the front desk and ask for it. Lastly our shower didn’t drain properly but it wasn’t too bad.

It was nice and clean but I got sick and we had to leave early. I am sure we would have enjoyed the complete experience.

A very nice location with a nice pool, golf course and lobby. I made reservations to stay at this hotel three months ago getting seven rooms. I communicated with the hotel monthly ensure that the rooms would be accurate and ready for my family for our 50th wedding anniversary. Upon arrival, the check-in area was absolutely terrible.My reservations were totally screwed up, the unfriendly staff at the check-in were terrible and had problems following up. The staff was more concerned in answering the phone, visiting with each other, leaving the area for extended times. It took me over an hour and a half to check in and once this was done the rooms that I had reserved were totally goofedup. There was no communication from any of the upper management staff to ensure that my stay was correct. Then, when it was checkout time, it was a total fiasco. They had the charges for the room totally screwed up and it took 2 to 3 people to look into it and finally said it was my fault. The person that was helping me kept answering the phone visiting with a friend. When I asked him what needed to be done to fix this? He said he had to have his manager do that. His manager was standing right next to him and they kept visiting and they kept helping other people. Finally, I said to the manager I’ve been here for over an hour. This needs to get fixed, he took a deep sigh and walked over to the computer, as if I was a real problem for him. Once he looked into the system, he told me it was my fault because I had ordered the rooms incorrectly. When I showed him all of the information and communication over the past months, he finally said hewould adjust it, but it was still my fault and had to be taken up with others. My advice if you have a wedding, a reunion, or a party of any size that requires multiple rooms I would run like hell from this hotel. They do not qualify as a premier resort with the way I was treated at the front desk. It wasn’t only me there were other people that had large parties that were having issues. I would stay away from this hotel.

Hotel claims to be a full service Hilton but is far from it. Executive lounge was a dirty and food was terrible. Hotel didn't offer the $15 diamond food and beverage credit. When I asked the front desk why my room wasn't cleaned, Mary the front desk manager rudely interrupted and blamed me that I didn't request Housekeeping service (I did) or I had a privacy sign on the door (I didn't). I spoke with Anne, the hotel manager, and she didn't care at all. She offered service recovery and none was ever provided. This is by the far the worst Hilton Hotel stay I have ever had and will never return. Mary should never interact with Guests and Anne should follow through on what was offered. Avoid at all costs.
