"Hotel Best Osuna is the best place to stay if you want to stay near airport and IFEMA"

The location is good. Very near to airport having good airport shuttle service. Cafe and restaurant is serving good fresh food. Reception staff is great and they are very friendly. Metro is 10 minutes away from the hotel. Good value for money

"Worst hotel experience i ever had "

One of the worst hotel experience i ever had in three continents and dozen of countries they treated me and my familly as we were on a charity program knowing that i ve paid extra money for more confort 150 dollars a night, people working there are rude and hotel is unsafe after be back to united states i found that i have lost some clothes and glasses there. the food was horrible the worst chicken i ever had in my whole life

"Room not prepped for guests!"

The rooms heater was not on so indoor temp was at 12 degrees! We had to sleep with our outdoor clothes until the heater could work up

"Average hotel"

The hotel is basic with no amenities. They are very friendly but short staffed. Also, the airport shuttle stops running at 19:00 not good for an international 24hrs a day airport. The breakfast had a nice spread. Overall price paid was average. I rate the stay average.

"Great second visit "

Second time I’ve stayed here and wasn’t disappointed. I was there for an event at IFEMA and it being 0.8 miles away is perfect. Lovely quiet neighbourhood around the hotel and a 5 minute walk to an area with restaurants and a supermarket. Staff very friendly and continental breakfast is good. Rooms are nothing fancy but are comfortable and absolutely great value

"Hyrox stay"

Came to Best Hotel osuna as I was competing in hyrox and wanted somewhere close to the IFEMA. We arrived thurs mid day and waited for our room to be ready. When we got our room it was bang average for what we paid. We paid for the superior with a balcony. No kettle in the room which was disappointing. Thank god we didn’t have breakfast included in the price as we got it the Saturday morning of the hyrox competition. We paid €11 each for breakfast and it was horrible. I have no words to describe how poor it was… the room was very poor also. The beds were half decent. The bathroom was full of condensation. No vent in the bathroom to take out steam. Only positive for the hotel was the location and the free shuttle service to the airport. Will I be back? Definitely not..
