Best Osuna Feria Madrid

Parking on property was limited and takes some maneuvering. The restroom was nice. The room could use some sprucing up. The BEST part of this place was the breakfast. Highly recommend the breakfast here.

This hotel is near the airport. We were only there for 7 hours as our flight was delayed from Faro and we had to be back at airport early next morning for our another flight. It served our purpose, we got to sleep for a few hours. The pool looked inviting as we passed it on our way to the bedroom. The bedroom was clean. and large. The man at desk was very helpful . We each had a large case and the one negative of this hotel is all the steps to the bedroom. I counted 13 plus 7 more before we got to the lobby. As we are both in our 60's we found this quite hard plus we also had hand luggage and no one to help us carry it upstairs. We did not have time to grab breakfast.

Very good value for money, friendly staff. Breakfast is basic but ok. Clearly for a night or 2 while visiting Madrid is a good option. Plenty of car space around the hotel

I stayed at Best Osuna for almost a week and it was absolutely satisfying. Rooms are a bit dated but clean and spacious, beds are comfortable and generally sleep quality was excellent as the hotel is in a quiet residential area. AC works very well – it was important as the temperatures outside reached 40oC. There is a pool in the hotel, I never used it because I mostly left immediately in the morning and returned by the time the pool was closed. A few times when I returned earlier, the pool was very busy. Breakfast at the hotel was also OK, with a good selection of cheeses, cold cuts, vegetables, and fruits. The location is very good regarding the airport, they also provide a shuttle service. Connection with city center is also good – some 10 minutes on foot to the metro station (line 5, which takes you directly to central attractions. There is no coffee/tea making equipment in the rooms. A small, but somewhat annoying thing is that there are drinks in the room fridge, but no bottle opener.

Great hotel..very relaxed, staff excellent..very friendly! Rooms great..great layout of hotel..pool amazing especially when its 34°! Great for access to city centre and airport and short walk to civitas metropolitana stadium (was here for Metallica concert!) Would definitely come back and recommend! Thanks

We came for a long weekend, arrived at 11pm no place to grab a drink and bar was shut. The check in man was a bit blunt and pointed us in the direction of our room. He also turned the lights off to the bar and seating area at 10.45 no flexibility just rude. Pool was nice but could do with a scrub and a lick of paint. Rooms were clean and basic but served its purpose. But out of the way for Madrid but was handy as we went to a gig
