"Excellent hotel and excellent service "

The hotel is placed in very quiet region of Madrid. 7-8 minutes from Metro and buses stations by feet. Free shuttle to and from airport (limited hours). I very recommend this hotel!

Las instalaciones estaban en un estado pésimo, grietas, baldosas en el baño que se movían, el marco de la puerta del baño hinchada por el agua y hacía mucho ruido, el aire acondicionado ruidoso y no enfriaba.

"Decent hotel with unusual layout"

The room was a good size with two double beds but was a bit plain.. There was a small fridge with three bottles of drink in it but I couldn’t see a bottle opener. The room was in a block quite a way from the reception. In between was a large pool with two storey chalets either side which I had to walk past to get to my room. It was comfortable without being luxurious but met my needs.

stayed there one night for an event in the IFEMA and it was 5 mins from the arena. Nice quiet area. Rooms are quite dated but the bathrooms have been renovated recently and are nice. Staff very friendly
