Beach view was very nice. Views to pools also very nice. What was missing was the “hospitality”. Mostly felt self serve. Checkin did not offer luggage assistance. Lugged our own luggage. Nicest staff were the room cleaning ladies. Expected more hospitality at this resort. No luau on site due to a corporate group reserving areas. Adult pool closed at times due to corporate group reserving. Room service coffee is a paper bag with Starbucks cup. No carafe of coffee to savor on your ocean view balcony.

Everybody was absolutely wonderful from staff to the cleaning ladies everybody. Only thing I would say is your coffee pot suck. lol we couldn’t get into Work very well.

Super friendly staff, resort is wonderful, staff was very accommodating and friendly. The food at the resort wS great.
